ASEAN---towards framing the charter

Asean had already move forward when the members already agreed to have their own charter for the Association of South East Asian Nation. The charter will work as the basis for this organization which it contains rules and guideline and those countries under the ASEAN will abide by this charter. In addition, the charter will also work as symbol of unity among the members itself. There are many positive effects if the Charter come into 'existence'.
